Life on planet earth is unique as you can see from reading the above lists. For any other planet to have life it would either have to be just like ours, or very close. Life cannot form (as science puts it) unless the conditions are right for it. Just because a planet is almost the same distance from the sun as our planet is, does not mean it supported life at one time. Life is to complicated to be so random in where it exists or don't exist, and is to far fetch to say it will. Life cannot even evolve unless the conditions are perfect for it to do so. This is where evolution falls short in it's theory. They cannot come up with the conditions for life to evolve, so they use the natural selection theory to support the evolution theory so that evolution becomes a working mechanism.
Does a whole bunch of scientific theories put together make truth? Science says it does. The next time you (as a YEC) have this scientific theory put in your face as truth. Ask the person: If you were in a court of law, and you were being accused of murder. Would you accept a prosecutor that had only scientific theories as evidence against you that all had working mechanisms? And would you go to the electric chair believing you were guilty because he could support this theory of you committing a murder with more theories that had working mechanisms? Even though it was not the absolute truth? And that he could knock down any evidence you had with evidence from his theories, would you accept that? If he says no. Then ask him: Why would you believe in something that is built upon this very foundation of theories and mechanisms if he was not willing to stake his life on it as evidence against himself in a court of law? Doing this scenario with someone puts them on the out side of what they believe, and then sometimes they see what we see, the truth.
We as Christians will stake our lives on what we believe to be true. Not because it is required. It is because of his word. The bible is the only book that it's writings and accounts dates back to the beginning of everything. And has a record of how everything came to be, and in what order. It is also the only book that has predicted the future with such accuracy. You do not get this from natural selection, evolution or accidents. None of these have predicted the future like God's word has. If evolution was the correct answer, then those who have researched this should be able to tell us what we are evolving into. They say there is a pattern (from chimp to man). So where are we headed? What is our destination? Why did we evolve in the first place?
Why is it so hard for science to believe there is a God in the first place? We have the book, the dead sea scrolls, the tomb Jesus was buried in, the Red Sea Crossing, Noah's Ark and just tons of other evidence. How much evidence does science need?
Science has chosen not believe there is a God. For if they really did, they would use their efforts to climb the mountain that the Ark is resting on. But instead they launch the Hubble telescope. They could go and see where the Red Sea Crossing is and research it. But instead they launch shuttle after shuttle into space. They could look at the ruins of Sodom. But they launch satellites and probes into space looking for life in other places. And the list goes on and on. I bet if the complete evidence for evolution was on the same mountain that the Ark was on, they would spare no expense to get to it.
So to make excuses for what they have not done (try to find evidence for God). They make fun of the creationists that took the time to research these things that they would not. They are mocked and accused of fraud. But because science will not go and see the evidence for themselves, for how can they make these claims about things they have not seen? They call herself scientists, but how they go about things when God is in the picture is not very scientific. Making claims about something or someone with no evidence to back it up is what they say about YEC. But here, I see no difference. Where's the evidence for fraud, and why don't they take the people committing these frauds to court (like Kent Hovind)? Because there is no evidence against YEC being fraud and never was, they can't do it. But they will use videos of debates were YECer's are made to look stupid. Debates where there are usually a 4 to 1 ratio against the YEC. Does it take 4 to out do 1 YEC believer? I guess there is some truth that wisdom is better than knowledge.
From the other side. No scientist will come onto a YEC program to debate. It's always the other way around. Are they afraid of something? It would seem so. I actually think they are afraid they might become to know God. Even though they don't believe him.

Majestic SCIENTIFIC ALLUSIONS IN SCRIPTURE
Dr. Henry Morris of the Institute for Creation Research has compiled an impressive list of allusions to scientific principles in Scripture. This list actually demonstrates that a matrix of scientific principles underlies the body of Scripture. These principles were not known to the leading minds of the day in which they were written; in fact, many of them contradicted what was being taught at the time. Such a list confirms that the Scriptures are scientifically credible. It further confirms that the Scriptures were supernaturally inspired.
