Yec stands for "Young Earth Creation". We believe that the earth is 6000 years old (passing of time), but has an age of 4.3 billion years (age without passage of time, explained on the web page before this one). We believe the literal word of God from beginning to end. And that God is capable of doing all that He has said, just the way it is said.

This is a Gas Gun that was used in the experiment to make hydrogen into a crystalline form. Which coincides with the crystalline canopy talked about in the next paragraph.
Dr Carl Baugh from Creation Evidence Museum ( http://www.creationevidence.org ) has said that before Noah's Flood that the earth was surrounded by a Crystalline Hydrogen canopy. For Hydrogen to become a Crystalline form it has to become solid. When I brought this up on several scientific forums I was laughed at. Plus upon surfing the web I find that several websites poke fun at the idea also. As they also poked fun at Dr. Carl Baugh for even suggesting this could be done. But the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory has done what they said could not be done. Made Hydrogen a solid metallic material. Science will say that this is impossible to achieve. Well, 1.4 million is a lot less than 13-20 billion in number, which is how old they are now claiming the universe to be. But their bigger odds and number are always more feasible in their eyes and minds.
