Noah's flood

The story of the Babylonian flood.

When the Biblical accounts of the flood are compared to the Babylonian accounts, there are several similarities that stand out. Which leaves no doubt that these stories came from the same source and event.

The Bible account                                           The Babylonian account

Genesis 6:19, And of every living thing                     Take the seed of all creatures

of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou                         aboard the ship.

bring into the Ark.

Genesis 7:1, Come thou and all thy house                 I boarded the ship and closed the

into the Ark.                                                                      door.

Genesis 7:16, And the Lord shut him in.

Genesis 8:8-9, Also he sent forth a dove from             I sent out a dove, the dove went,

him, to see if the waters were abated from                    But the dove found no resting

off the face of the ground. 9, But the dove                      place and she returned.

found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she

returned unto him into the Ark.

Genesis 8:7, And he sent out a raven, which                Then I sent out a raven, it was

went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried             the waters receding, it ate, it

up from off the earth.                                                          it flew about to and fro, it did

                                                                                             not return.

Genesis 8:20, And Noah built an altar unto              I made a libation on the peak of

the Lord; and took of every clean beast, and of               the mountain.

every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on

the altar. (This was done on the mountain also).

                                                Bryce Canyon.

Here we have a picture from Bryce Canyon. Notice the horizontal lines of erosion. When it rains as we know it today, the rain flows down ward (vertical). Horizontal erosion like this supports the flood. The only thing that would cut out a Canyon like this and leave vertical lines is the flood waters receding from Noah's flood. The picture on the next page shows the same thing. Horizontal erosion.

Now notice both the bottom and top of the Grand Canyon have the same type of horizontal erosion marks. The top of the Canyon (right pic) marks are just as deep as as the bottom where the river is (left pic). According to theory, the river in the Grand Canyon made it by eroding it away for 5 million years. Which would mean the top of the Grand canyon has been exposed to the elements (rain and wind) for 5 million years. And there is not one vertical erosion mark anywhere. There are vertical cracks, but that is not erosion. So does rain also flow sideways like the river?

From the highest mountain, to the deepest sea. It about 12 miles total. There are 5,280 feet in a mile. 12 x 5280 = 63360 feet. One atmosphere equal 33 feet. Divide 33 into 63360 = 1920 atmospheres. Which comes out to be 28,216 psi.

Now since the Grand Canyon is around the half way point (between the highest mountain and the deepest sea). We will divide by 2. Which equals 960 atmospheres, and 14,108 psi. So all that water, plus the weight of the pressure. Plus the mixture of sediments. Eroded and made the Grand Canyon. All because the path to where most all the water would re-enter the earth had to go through what is now called the Grand Canyon.

There is a process currently being used that uses a putty, or water abrasive type material to hone out all types of machinery. It's called extrude honing: http://www.extrudehone.com/equipment/standard/
http://www.gethoned.com/
http://www.boneheadperformance.com/services/extrudehone.htm

The abrasive material, which comes in several types, is forced through an area under high pressure (just like the flood). The abrasive material can be used to either cut (harsh, medium, or light cutting) through a metal opening. Or can be used to polish it to a chrome like shine. Currently Nascar uses this to hone out the intake manifolds. They can better match the flow through out the manifold with this process. Which translates into horse power, and less fuel consumption.

So is Nascar using biblical flood technology to make their cars run faster?

Evolutionists excuse: Wind erosion kept the horizontal erosion marks visible for 5 million years.

Wind erosion works different from water erosion. In fact, evolutionist need to explain how wind erosion cuts the same type groves as water erosion. In other words, how does the top erosion marks in the Grand Canyon, and Bryce Canyon look the same from the bottom erosion marks? Can evolutionists show where wind erosion works the same as water erosion? So what would make erosion different between wind and water?

 1) Water is liquid erosion that is controlled by currents which are usually a continous force.
 2) Wind erosion is gas driven erosion when the wind blow (wind currents). And is not a continous force such as water.

And you also have another erosion problem. Rock breakage due to both erosion, and expansion and contraction (which is caused by heat and cold). Rocks break off. This is why we have rock slides. But before the rocks break off, they crack. As shown in the pic below.

With all the expanding and contracting for 5 million years. Plus rain and wind erosion. Should any horizontal erosion marks be left? Shouldn't there be more cracks in the rocks after 5 million years of expanding and contracting? But yet we only see a few in the picture above.

And yet there is another problem. There is no soil between any of the layers. Which means early earth plants had no top soil to grow in. Which also means no CO2 to O2 conversion took place. Now the Evolutionists will try and say that the soil rotted away. Or became part of the rock. There is no evidence that soil rots away. And if top soil became part of the rock layer, there would be a different color for it because it is not the same as the rock layer. Also, Dinosaur blood  (link)has been found intact with veins in dinosaur bones. So if blood and veins don't rot away, and can be found intact, soil won't either and can be found intact between the layers. So here again they strike out.
