Once saved always saved...

                    Osas vs. Secular humanism.

Secular Humanism: a religious worldview where "man is the measure;" man, in himself, is the ultimate norm by which values are to be determined; all reality and life center upon man; man is god.

When salvation is made secure, sin has no judgement. Man becomes free to do as he pleases. And because He is really under no type of conditions that is regulated by anything in the word of God. Man is free. Man not govern by God makes his own rules, and his own way. Anything that denies God's supreme authority over man is wrong. Anytime man can sin and slip judgement, God has become of no effect in his life. So man focuses more upon self, and less upon God. And the more self is put in front of God, the more the man becomes God. Controlling his own destiny that God cannot touch all because man did this one thing. He got saved. Osas makes salvation a predestination covenant. Once done, man has no choice, and becomes a slave to God with no free will. We are called sheep, not slaves.

gal 5:4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

Segular Humanism is more of a: going at it alone. Salvation that releases man of his resposibilities, as laid out in God's word, is man going at it alone without God. In both Segular Humanism, and Osas, God becomes of no effect to man. Because when God's word can be ignored because of security of salvation, then God's word is also of no effect.

jn 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

jn 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of god came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

So by denying what is written in the word of God, you deny God, and deny your faith.

mt 10:33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

So what do we have so far?

 1) Secular humanism denies God through non-belief.
 2) Osas denies God by denying God's power to Judge man, and by denying God's word which says He can.
 3) Secular humanism thinks it's free from God's judgement through non-belief.
 4) Osas thinks it's free from God's judgement through security of salvation.
 5) The Secular humanist is free to sin because of non-belief..
 6) Osas thinks it free to sin also because of security.
 7) Secular humanist tries determine his own fate through non-belief.
 8) Osas tries determine their fate through predestined salvation (can't lose it).
 9) Secular hunanist makes his own rules for life,
 10) Osas makes their own rules because the rules (works) in God's word no longer apply.

Removing God, as a bases for our life long example, in how we should live our life. Is like removing the very foundation that salvation is based upon. To remove how we are suposed to live, is to remove our obedience to God.

rom 15:18 For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,

col 3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Why deeds? Deed: a notable achievement; "he performed a great deed"; "the book was her finest effort".... A deed is a type of work we do that is a representation of who we are. For if you claim to be one thing, but do the exact opposite. In the eyes of others, what are you? A phoney. So when you approach someone about what you believe. But your deeds in life do not reflect it. What response do you expect to recieve from someone who knows how you live? Rejection. So when you stand before Christ, and He also knows this, how will you be recieved when your life has denied Him in front of man, by the deeds that were full of sin, because your sinful deeds were wilfully done?

mt 10:33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

Denial of Christ can be done either by word or deed. If you deny Christ by the deeds wroth in your life, He will deny you of eternal life. Why? God's word demands we live our life as a representation of who God and His Son is.

2cor 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

Ambassador: a diplomat of the highest rank; accredited as representative from one country to another.

When we accept Christ, we become a new creature. Becoming a new creature means we have moved from a country of sin, to a country of salvation. And while we are in the country of salvation, are we the light to the country of sin? Or does the conuntry of sin mistake us for one of it's citizens? Why become a citizen of salvation when the citizens of that country, live like the citizens of sin? What does the country of sin see when it looks at the citizen of salvation, when it's doctrine allows it to live as they do? The sinner accepts Christ for a changed life. Not one that looks no different from what he is currently doing.
