OSAS vs. Relativism.
Relativism: Ethical standards, morality, and positions of right or wrong are believed to be a person's individual choice that can continually change with the view of the times. A person who believes this says:We can all decide what is right for ourselves. You decide what's right for you, and I'll decide what's right for me. Moral relativism says, "It's true for me, if I believe it." Most people who believe in the concept that there is no right or wrong or no absolutes, but it can be determined by each individual. Morals and ethics can be altered from one situation, person, or circumstance to the next. Essentially, moral relativism says that anything goes, because life is ultimately without meaning. Words like "ought" and "should" are rendered meaningless. In this way, moral relativism makes the claim that it is morally neutral. But when you step on their morally neutral view, you find out how unnatural their, view and belief really is.
So what makes OSAS like Relativism?
When there are rules, commandments, judgement, or punishment etc... But an excuse is found to ignore them as if they did not exist. To find a way to sin, and say it's ok. Relativism does it through denying reality itself. OSAS does it through denying God's judgement for sin because of secure salvation. I will show a few examples of this so that all that read this get a better understanding.
Example 1).
Some Christians think it's ok to watch Harry Potter. And some don't. But, the same people who say it's wrong to watch Harry Potter, will watch the Lord of the Rings and say: It's ok, I see nothing wrong with that. Really? What makes Lord of the Rings different from Harry Potter? Let's do a comparison and find out.

Is there really any difference between those two movies? Not really. So what would make a child of God say one is ok, but the other is not? Losing fear of judgement and punishment for sin committed, makes one ponder sin because he no longer fears it's judgement. And because the sin is justified through no fear, the need for repenting of it also disappears. Sin that is repeated, and not repented of is called: To sin wilfully. You will be judged for any sin that you justify so you can repeat it over and over.
| heb 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, |
Christ can only die once for your sins. If you reject, mock, or deny His free gift. He will not crawl back on the cross and do it all over again.
Let's use one more example: Cable or satellite. ? = some thing you should think about.

Did you find yourself making excuses for why you do these things?
Do you see where the trap of Satan is? Through OSAS, you find yourself making excuses to sin. Being a child of God, why would you have to do this? For if being secure in your salvation were really true, you would never feel the need to justify sin. So by your own actions of this justification, you just denied your security. How? The Holy Spirit will not bring condemnation (conviction of sin) upon what will not condemn you. There should be No condemnation about sin if secure salvation is true. Feeling the need to justify it while you read what is written here is the Holy Spirit telling you it's wrong. Don't you think it's time you listen?
Have you ever heard the term: Sin separates you from God? I find most of these people who complain about God being silent, are the same ones who will justify the same type of sins I have shown above. For God's word to be true, do you think you can take part in these sins willingly, and God will approve by speaking to you? God speaking to you shows two things.
1) He approves of what you are doing. 2) He approves of what your trying to do.
So God speaking to you when you are willingly doing sin, is like God saying He approves of the sin you are committing. Saying God approves of sin is like saying: Light and dark can occupy the same exact place, at the same exact time. When one is the total absence of the other.
