Being pro-choice means you blame your pregnancy on the baby. And then you kill them for it. ... See MoreSee Less
Hey guys, seeming not one supports abortion I knocked up this chick & we looking for a new home for the baby, eta 6 months. Anyone interested?
Amen.... That little innocent is not a part of the woman's body.. God created the womb to "house" the precious one that is made in His image to bring forth a "new" life...
This is not a good analogy. I'm completely against abortion. Call it what it is its murder. But if you come into my house with the wrong intent I'll do whatever needs to be done and that's my right according to the Lord!
Thats a great analogy. Thank you for sharing it.
Um this somewhat accurate except the fact that if it's Thief or Criminal comes to your house you have every right to defend yourself. If a complete stranger comes in your house harmless and you just killed because you don't like them in your house then it's murder. The country versus the city is very different and it abides by those rules were they can get away with more of what you're saying then the city.
... bad analogy, depending on who and how someone gets in there absolutely gives me the right to take a life ...
Actually, if someone trespasses into your house that you did not allow to be there you are allowed to kill them for the wellbeing of yourself and your family under the United States law. Not only is this an irrelevant comparison, it's just wrong.
It is true that we must repent of our sin and not make excuses. However, sin can become an addiction that is extremely hard to stop without help. Part of taking responsibility for overcoming our sin may involve joining a 12-Step group and/or therapy. Actually the 12-steps are perfectly consistent with the Bible. Also, most people who are addicted were abused during childhood, and need to talk with a therapist so they can develop healthier way of thinking. God is pleased with me that I am seeking help and working to overcome my sin/addiction.
How about sharing Jesus unconditional Grace. Take them to 1st Corinthians 15:1 through 4. Romans 3 says that we have all sinned and fallen short of God's glory but look what Jesus did. Thank you for Jesus that we get to share your grace with the world today.
I think fear is used out of the context of what God prefers... I think Respect and reverence is more respectful for our times to both God and Individual...
No, being someone who is struggling with this, it is not the fear of God I lack! Jesus wouldn’t say that to me but he would say “I know you and the LOVE of God is not in you”. Yes. The pain I feel because of this truth is killing me but regarding repentance, God grants repentance and if the desire of my flesh still exists than God will not grant me repentance. I have been baptized and confess Jesus as Lord! It is written “no one can confess Jesus is Lord but by The Holy Spirit” I have The Holy Spirit which is Gods seal on me for the day of judgement. I do not love my sin, but continue to seek forgiveness and freedom: I know that this will pass. I have repented from my love for sin, but though I do that which I don’t want to I am comforted knowing that God is good and kind to the wicked. There is a law within me that struggles against the Law of Christ. Everyday is a battle. Telling me to repent will not free me!
When we become saved, the presence of the Holy Spirit does not take away overnight the temptations to sin, or overnight heal the damage that led us to sin in the first place. Healing, renewing of the mind, dying to self, learning to resist temptation by placing ourselves solidly in the Lord's hands are constants we have to choose every day when we follow the Lord. Salvation, once received, cannot be lost, but we still need to choose Him every day to be the leader of our lives.
I cannot say AMEN enough! Repentance worked for me.
Yes to reprentance! But also equally important "if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Given the current environment, I'm not so sure most people would even understand the latter. You'd have to do a lot of explaining to get there. On a technical level I agree, but practically, this is a great over-simplification...
Please pray for my husband and his mother because they both lack a fear and consistently mock me about this issue
Yes, but some Christians still have trouble with temptations. God tell us to seek Godly counsel.
It becomes a brain problem. They need to pray for God to rewire their neurons and balance their neurotransmitters; heal their addiction to their own biochemicals.
This is true for all sin that we choose to be entangled in. May this be a reminder for all.
Nice to have it all figured out huh ? That’s a very wide , general assumption
Being a recovering addict I cannot fully agree with this statement. I feared God thru my entire addiction but I have learned that he loves me still and when I handed everything over to his power and began to travel back to him from the distant countries my addiction had taken me to I realized how loving a God he is and that I, in no way, shape, form or fashion can control who I am without first seeking him. If we try to force Jesus on the addict they will run even harder, sometimes to their death. We have to be willing to show them the love of Christ
As some-one who has been there ... it’s a simple matter of discipline, self control and lack of the fear of the Lord.
It is an addiction. Women have it too. The fear of God is not enough. Porn is dirty and watchers know it. In shows there are jokes of clearing browsers history and such. People do need therapy for it. Do not neglect that. Porn is used as a stress reliever, loneliness, a sick mind and heart. There are many porn categories and each one is revealing something of certain people. So, it's BOTH therapy and seeking the Lord. Think about what 50 shades blew up too. BDSM has been around for a very long time before 50. Fear of the Lord is not enough . People have a fetish of being hit and punished. Someone with that desire , when telling them about fear of the Lord , might get things real twisted and sick. And many are women as the sub being beaten. So, again. Therapy. Non judgmental. fear AND love of God.
Yes, but could also tell them, that G-D’s mercy reaches the heavens (cf. Psalm 36:5) and that no matter how dark their soul are (cf. Isaiah 1:18), G-D can make them whiter than snow.
I'm assuming that this advice is for believers?
I disagree with this.

I would say a Judas at heart is one who harms others and then tries to escape the consequences of their actions.
This is assuming that Judas was the real deal, or born again. Personally, based on scripture, I do not believe that he was.
How do you know Judas didn’t repent and is in Heaven?
I am not sure of that, for he committed suicide which means he knew he was wrong and he did give the money back and say he condemned an innocent man.
I know Christians who make many mistakes, including myself. I have had doubt but he always brings me back under his wing. I know Christians who totally go in the opposite direction of the path God has for them. But they usually come back. I believe Jesus would have forgiven him also. Judas moved on emotion and guilt. He didn’t trust. If only he would have gone back to Jesus and told him what he felt.
Are we all born a Judas? Zechariah 11:12-13 New International Version (NIV) 12 I told them, “If you think it best, give me my pay; but if not, keep it.” So they paid me thirty pieces of silver. "13 And the Lord said to me, “Throw it to the potter”—the handsome price at which they valued me! So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them to the potter at the house of the Lord."

I heard a man on a video recentlt who was married on Halloween because he was a Satanist. He wanted to warn people. He said all Halloween costumes have curses put on them before they are shipped out. Evidently he said it is a big business and Satanists get involved in the business in this way. It is a way to attack your children with evil. May or not be true. But he warned that Christians should have NOTHING to do with Halloween. Just saying. You decide.

Oh, Captain MerikaI agree. Voting matters. Never vote for someone who is for the killing of babies in the womb. ... See MoreSee Less
"Oh Captain MuRdiKa"...you pulled that punch Mark!..i get it though, we need to continue praying and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ...amen
We want, and in some cases expect, for the un-regenerated to behave righteously. Evans is asserting something that is consistent with his worldview.
We must save the babies!
Steve Rogers is Captain America, not Chris Evans... Chris played a character of has a Moralview, while Evans has a Worldview. If you want to get rid of Roe v Woe interpretation, people should look at what the Convention of States is doing. Use the Amendment process written in Article V(5) in the U.S. Constitution. People need to stop electing judges by voting for a particular president. Congress is the (Legislative) branch of makes law, it's not the Executive nor the Judicial.
Captain traitor, I'm done with him.
I don’t vote for anyone that thinks it is okay to kill 👶
From 2000-2006 Republicans controlled both houses of Congress and the presidency. We have had Reagan, both Bushes,Trump for the last 4 years and millions of dollars spent on Pro Life rallies and petitions....and yet here we are with the murder of 60+ million souls on our hands. The problem is that Republicans, and most Christians compromise. There is a new movement that blows Pro Life out of the water....Abolish Human Abortion. These folks refuse to "meet halfway" with the Democrats. It is abolish this genocide or nothing else! Voting for Trump will NOT end abortion.I cannot in my conscience, vote for Trump. This man, though he has done some good things for our country, but when he said that he doesn't need to repent to God.....I just don't understand how Christians could stand behind such pride. What's worse than Trump's arrogance,is the bullying from Trump supporters. And no I am not for Hillary.I am that small, tiny group that is far,far right.Uncompromising and waiting on God.And God does not use ungodly men to bless our country....having a leader like that means that we are under God's judgement.
Why are some people so obsessed with killing unborn children? They will defend the right to kill with an unnatural fervor... Smh
chris ~ You are a loser !
Makes me think about the difference between a faith that is a mere intellectual assent and a repentant faith. There are those that have faith but are not repentant, and those that are repentant but lack the proper faith. The scary thing is, sometimes, it can be very hard to rightly/objectively examine oneself, you could be showing change, some transformation, but your motives may in fact be totally wrong. When it comes to self-examination, be careful to examine your motives more than anything else.
Faith itself needs to be justified by acts of love for anyone can claim to have faith.
Because, “some have departed from the faith”
Jesus is the image we need to be conformed to and The Holy Bible is where we look to see that image.. Have No other gods before me. Make for yourself no other image. JESUS . . as it is written ..
Those who are endowed with gifts need not boast that that is what they have deserved.
Sometimes there are those with a spiritual gift but no physical talent in the area of that gift , do no one encourages that one . While another doesn't have that gift but appears physically as Though that one has and is encouraged in that area.
Some may have slowly walked away from the faith without realizing it. But also false converts. He who endures to the end shall be saved. No one can take us from the father's hand. But God allows u to leave as He allowed the fallen Angels to leave. The parible of the seeds is a good example.
To allow heresy and heratics rope to hang there doctrine on. Paul wrote more on eternal security than anyone in the new testament. Once saved always saved is the biblical truth of christian faith. To deny this is to call jesus and paul liers.
If "the faith" itself was true, why would so many people walk away?
Examine ourselves in light of the Scripture for us to see if the faith we profess is a genuine one. Many christians have faith in FAITH though it is not scriptural like "CLAIM IT AND GRAB IT" thing or "I DECLARE THIS OR THAT IN JESUS NAME". If it were true or if it is what the bible meant then why those who believe this non-sense still living in unfruitful life?
Constant self examination is a must. One thing is for sure, self examination by Scripture would definitely wipe that smile off your face at times.
He even told Timothy to make sure he was of the elect.
How does God revoke a gift He gave for free?
Iron sharpens iron!
